It’s actually more normal than people think, as to safety, well you’re right that it can be dangerous but there are ways around it, like safety words, you can have safety signals, and make sure you time yourself, try avoid sufficating her for more than 30 seconds at a time.

As for bruises, well you could always try using a small cushion.
If you’re worried that she may go against you legally for doing what she wants, I guess you might want to see a lawyer about that, see if there is anyway to draw up a legal form to prove that this is an activity she has asked you to do.

Stop doing it! you never know if shell turn on you and take you to the police you cant ever EVER trust anyone so much. and you yourself know how dangerous this is just dont do it and if she stops talking to you or whatever well it wasnt suppose to be in the firsyt place and forget about her b/c if you can end up goign to jail b/c of her and i know you dont want that
