I have been looking all over the net to find the best romantic weekend deal for us as in me and my girlfriend. I have no idea where I am going to take her but I just want to see her smiling with love and joy. I have been on the net all day to find the best but haven’t really got anywhere.

Its been very hard to choose a destination where I could take her for a romantic getaway. I have looked at deals on various countries such as Italy, Cyprus, Spain, Holland, France, Croatia, Israel, Germany and others but I am finding it difficult to make my mind up. But what I have done is completely crossed out other destinations except Italy and Spain.

The reason for Spain was because of Barcelona. Barcelona is full of culture and romance and is one of the beautiful cities in the World and for Italy I have chosen Venice well simply because it is one of the most romantic cities in the World. These two cities have one thing in common to my girlfriend, she has never been to any of these cities. I know for sure this will be a great surprise because in last 2 years of our relationship we haven’t had the chance to spend Valentines outside UK and this time it will be special as I am planning to ask her to marry me.

My belief is these romantic getaways can bring more closer to my partner and vice versa. This will also be an exciting experience to learn about each other in a different way as we haven’t really spend time together outside the UK where there is no work and family hassle. With the romantic weekend I am also planning to do few outdoor activities as activities normally are used for team building and in this case love building. I am sure she will love this surprise.

Romantic Getaways To Europe

Australian based company, ‘Love Works’ are now planning their second singles luxury cruises which comes only 4 months after their first cruise went very well. For the time being you need to be a single person to get a ticket for the cruise and must have evidence to back up your occupation. “That is all that we ask of our passengers” states Mike Flemming, MD of Love Works. “They have the whole trip to get to know the ins and outs of the other holiday makers, which is typically 4 week long enough to get know someone pretty well we think.” The Mediterranean was the location for the initial cruise, which took over 2000 passengers and lasted just over 3 weeks. The cruise was a definite success according to the company, who have said that over 350 couples got together on the cruise and some are already planning to get married. They are planning to expand the cruises to local river cruises and one is already scheduled to take place in Germany next year on one of the Rhine river cruises

Flemming has commented that the success of the new dating cruises comes from the fact people are more relaxed on the boat as they treat it as a holiday and they also are not forced to act quickly when meeting people as there is plenty of time for everyone.
