sometimes people have weird fetishes, and its all in the mind so there is not much you can do about it besides seeking professional help.

but since its only a fantasy it should be okay. if he tries to hurt you to see blood etc. in order to get aroused, then leave him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

talk to him. ask if he would ever hurt a woman just to get aroused, and make a desicion from there. you should tell if he is the voilent type from his nature. how does he react to certain situation, is he somewhat gentle, loving, caring, considerate? these should help you figure out his persona
