The atmosphere is important, so have music playing softly, anything you both like. Candles, a tablecloth, and using real dinnerware and glasses is a nice touch. Choose food that you already know how to make, so you aren’t experimenting. Also its a good idea to choose food that can be easily digested so no one gets gassy! Really!
Foods that can be played with and arent messy, like string beans, small rolls, fruits like strawberries – all have an erotic flair when you toy with them as your eating. Gives him ideas for later.
A nice complementing wine that won’t have you both yawning after 1 glass, or very tipsy after 2 glasses is good too.
